Today on 04. 03.09 The International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague issued an arrest warrant for Sudans´s president Al-Bashir on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity. The court accused Al-Bashir for “intentionally directing attacks against an important part of the civilian population of Darfur, murdering, exterminating, raping, torturing and forcibly transferring large numbers of civilians and pillaging their property. We Afghans greet this step full heartedly, yet want to propos The International Criminals Court in The Hague some other cases serious than these ones.
If Bashir is only accused of murdering 35000 people, The government of Netherlands is actively murdering children, women, elders and innocent young men in Afghanistan. The government of The Netherlands, US, Canada, France, Germany, England and Australia alongside with their other NATO partners have already killed 70 thousand innocent civilians in Afghanistan.
We ask if you see these people as human beings? We ask if you see their death as crime against humanity.
These governments call the civilians Terrorist while the whole world knows that the terrorism roots are only and only in The White House, Downing Street Nr. 10, Den Haag, Élysée-Palast, Kanzleramt and Knesset.
It is worth mentioning that more than 850 thousands innocent people are dead in Irak (the war was not justified by UN) and more than 1500 civilians mostly children were murdered in Palestine most recently by Israelis with the political and military support of American, British, French and Germany.
If Bashir is accused of raping, The Netherlands, US, England, France, Germany an other NATO partners have raped more than thousand of children, women and men in Afghanistan. The whole world knows about the children raped to death and then burned in Iraq by US forces. We ask if there is a difference between these rapes and the so-called rapes done by Sudanese government.
If Bashir is only accused of exterminating people in Darfur, in Afghanistan the Nato forces are bombarding civilians, their wedding parties, social gathering and praying congregations in mosques. Yet, your has never tried to hear the cry of those children whose limbs are torn from their bodies by NATO´s dogs.
If Bashir is only accused of torture, The Netherlands and other NATO members are not only torturing people in their bases, but are running private prisons. Lets remind you once again of most known and vicious prisons in the history of humanity: Bagram in afghanistan, Abu-Gharib in Iraq and Guantanamo in cuba. We ask if your court has ever tried only to know about these names, the prisoners and of those powers who are running them.
If Bashir is only accused of displacing civilians, The US and Nato forced more than 50 thousand people by bombs to leave their homes and town in Afghanistan. They are currently living in torn tents, on the cold frozen snow and under the rain. We would like to know if your court ICC or any human rights watch group will ever want to know about them. We ask if your western immoral mass media EVER visit them and ever try to report about them. We ask if these afghans are actually human beings and deserve their basic rights. We ask if their displacement by western troops will ever be seen as illegal.
If Bashir is accused of pillaging private properties, The Northern Alliance in Afghanistan and the “civilized and democratic” ministers the West imposed on Afghans, have looted the whole Afghanistan. They are still doing that by Nato´s assistance and the help of respective countries with whom these puppets are linked to. We ask if you see that as a crime.
Beside these questions, we Afghans ask, who laid down your fundament and for whom you are working. We afghans know that you will never answer any of our question and will never regard the tragedies we are bearing day by day as crimes done to us by western murderer Nations. Yet, besides that, we want to inform you, that one of our question is already answered:
The western Murderer nations are calling shamelessly for justice, while violating the basis human laws.
These inhuman nations are calling their selves human rights watch, yet violating it in every aspect, every where and every time.
These western criminal governments accuse the victims in order to legalize their own crimes.
