Message of Afghan diaspora living in Europe on Afghan peace process)
Tens of prominent Afghan academics, experts, intellectuals, political figures, representatives of cultural social and political societies and organisations including men, women and youths gathered in an academic seminar held in London 14/04/2019.
After intensive discussion the following points were agreed by an overwhelming majority of the participants:
. Respecting the present Constitution of the Islamic Republic Afghanistan, Human Rights and Women Rights
. Protecting the Afghan peace process from foreign dominance and interference
. Initiating an Afghan-owned intra-Afghan dialogue and peace negotiations, led by the Afghan people, overarched by the Afghan Government
. Declaring immediate ceasefire between Afghan government and the Taliban
. Maintaining inclusivity, by including members and representatives of civil societies and political parties, and considering theirs views.
