RE:     Freedom of Information Act Request


To Whom It May Concern:


The failing policy of the West in Afghanistan and the escalation of war crimes against the Afghan people, especially in the Pashtun areas, and the upcoming military operation and massacre in the Town of Marjah, Helmand region ordered by Commander in Chief Barak H.  Obama and NATO Commanders of the Member States and accepted by the Karzai Government as agents of the West, especially the CIA,   which will result in more war crimes against the innocent people of Afghanistan, has prompted me to make this Freedom of Information Act  request pursuant to Title 5, Section 552 of the United States Code, whereby in light of President Barak H. Obama’s memoranda executed and dated January 1, 2009, in which he announced that his administration was “committed to creating an unprecedented level of openness in Government”, I am requesting to inspect and/or receive copies of any and all records in any way connected with or related to the following:


1.      Any U.S. aid, tax dollars, funds, donations, appropriations, contributions, monies, loans, contracts, subcontracts given to or provided to, directly or indirectly, Armor Group, Blackwater, or any other private militias or mercenaries deployed, operating or used in any fashion in Afghanistan as part of the United States’ , NATO’s and the Karzai Government’s military operations in Afghanistan and the tribal areas;



2.      The number of  US military personnel trained by Blackwater or any other private security group during the past nine years, from which military branch, and the total cost to the US taxpayer for such training; 


3.      When Hamid Karzai,  Dr. Ashraf Ghani, Abdul Rahim Wardak, Anwararulhaq Ahadi, Ali Ahmad Jalali, Masoud Khalili Ehasn Bayat, Zalmay Khalizad and Afghan Senator Aminzay became agents of or started working with the United States government and/or  CIA and any public records including but not limited such as expense reports, airline tickets, record of trips to the United States, money given to these individuals;



4.      The amount of  US monies, bribes, facilitation payments, aid, reconciliation money,  and/or funds  the United States and/or its agents have paid or provided to the Afghan warlords such as Rashid Doshtum, Brahanni Rabbani, Abdullah Abdullah,;  


5.      The number of jails, prisons, detention centers, interrogation centers, torture centers, and/or any punishment or rendition facility that the United States and/or its agencies, and/or agents and/or affiliates including but not limited to, Blackwater, Armor Guard, operates, maintains, and/or uses in Afghanistan or in any other part of the world. The number of Afghans who have died or been killed in these aforementioned jails, prisons, centers and facilities, while they were detained, held, imprisoned, interrogated, questioned, and /or seized from October, 2001 to the present;



6.      The total number of Afghans who have been killed  by the United States and/or NATO and/or their agents or affiliates in Afghanistan and the tribal areas since October, 2001;


 7.      Any geological information obtained by or conducted or performed by the United States and/or its agents and/or affiliates and/or its contractors and/or its subcontractors regarding natural resources in Afghanistan including but not limited to surveys, maps, drilling and boring tests, quantity and identification of resources, pipelines, amounts mined or removed from Afghanistan and destinations of such materials, contractors hired by the United States to perform geological work; 


8.       The testing of any new military weapons, equipment, and/or uranium tipped, biological and/or chemical weapons in Afghanistan since October, 2001;



9.      The disposal, storage, dumping of any toxic chemicals or materials of any nature or kind, including but not limited to uranium, by the United States and/or its agents, or  affiliates, and the known location(s) of any of these dumping or disposal sites and/or contaminated areas, regions, and/or sites with Afghanistan;. 


10.  The total number of internal and external Afghan refugees since the United States’ invasion and occupation in October, 2001. Any US monies, funds, aid, dollars, budget, appropriations made by, provided to or given for the caring of these refugees by the United States and how much.



11.  Any US aid, tax dollars, funds, donations, contributions, monies loans given to or for the Ariana Television Network, Mr. Ehsan Bayat, Telephone Systems International (TSI), Ariana FM 93.5, and /or Bayat Foundation by any agency, committee or department of the United States, or by any group, entity, or organization affiliated or associated with the United States, including but not limited to USAID,DAI, Afghanistan Reconstruction Group (ARG), US Overseas Private Investment Corporation from 2001 to the present, and any US tax exemption provided to the Bayat Foundation and/or Mr. Eshan Bayat and/or any communiqués, documents from the United States or its agents regarding Bayat’s not having to  pay taxes to the Afghan Government.
